An overview of the different roles in Proliftic and the permissions associated with each.
District Lead: Individuals assigned to this role have access to current and historical data for all currently enrolled students. Users can create and modify custom reports, interventions, and progress monitoring schedules. They can also generate and edit One-Click reports, multi-school reports, banked interventions, and banked progress monitoring schedules. Individuals assigned this role have permission to add items to the latest news, reorder One-Click report lists, input historical student scores, modify and remove assessment definitions, set custom district targets for assessments and indicators, and establish grade level progress monitoring. They have access to district-level reports and can view Student Profile Pages for all enrolled students.
Content Manager: Individuals assigned to this role have access to current and historical data for all currently enrolled students. They are permitted to create and modify custom reports, interventions, progress monitoring schedules, One-Click reports, banked interventions, and banked progress monitor schedules. Student Profile Pages for all enrolled students are also accessible to users with this role.
Principal: Individuals assigned to this role have access to current and historical data for all currently enrolled students. They can create and modify custom reports, interventions, and progress monitoring schedules. They can view Student Profile Pages for all enrolled students. Additionally, they can use One-Click reports, banked interventions, and banked progress monitoring schedules, but cannot create or edit them.
Site User: Individuals assigned to this role have access to current and historical data for all currently enrolled students. They can create and modify custom reports, interventions, and progress monitoring schedules. They can view Student Profile Pages for all enrolled students. Additionally, they can use One-Click reports, banked interventions, and banked progress monitoring schedules, but cannot create or edit them.
Teacher: Individuals with this role have access to current and historical data for all students assigned to their classes. They may create and edit custom reports, interventions, and progress monitoring schedules. Additionally, they can view Student Profile Pages for all students in their classes. They have permission to use, but not to create or edit, the bank of One-Click reports, banked interventions, and banked progress monitoring schedules.
Grade Level User (GPS - G12): Individuals assigned to this role have access to current and historical data for students with current year enrollments in the specified grade. They can create and modify custom reports, interventions, and progress monitoring schedules. Access is granted to Student Profile Pages for all students within the designated grade level. These users can use, but not create or edit, One-Click reports as well as banked interventions and progress monitoring schedules. For example, a team leader may use the Grade Level User role to facilitate discussions focused on grade-level data.
